Switchcraft regularly undergoes both internal and external auditing to ensure our data controls are as effective as possible.
Access controls
We never allow individuals or other companies access to your data unless you've asked us to or it's necessary to deliver your chosen services. When this does happen, we send specific data that a supplier needs via secure channels. We never grant third parties access to our full data set. Within our team we enforce role-based access controls at each layer of our infrastructure.
