Who are M&S Energy?

M&S Energy is a relatively new gas and electricity provider, based in Swindon, that was formed as a result of a partnership between Marks & Spencer and Octopus Energy. At the moment M&S Energy only supports standard and economy 7 meters. M&S Energy is one of the so-called high street “supermarket” brands, like Sainsbury’s Energy and Co-Op Energy, to join the gas and electricity supplier market.

M&S Energy enjoys a 14% Positive Opinion rating on YouGov. Its partner company, Octopus Energy was voted 1st (out of 31 energy providers) in the Which? Energy Companies Satisfaction Survey. Octopus Energy is also the only gas and electricity provider that’s recommended by the Which? website. On Trustpilot, M&S Energy is rated 4.9 out of 5 stars.
